HELP! My 4 year old never sleeps! Is it in the food or milk?

My Daughter can stay up for 16 hours. I am not kidding. When she was
6 months old, she stayed up one time 11 hours! I was doomed then! My
Family calls her-Night Owl, Tornado(take a wild guess!), and ofcourse
Momma. Momma is cute as she can be...my only little girl but, Momma can
stay up longer than the old girl can make it these days. I was just wondering
is it in the food or milk? I have heard alot of Parents speaking on this yet, the
good old Doctor can only tell you to train them the best way you can. They
will eventually fall into a normal pattern of sleeping. YEAH...OKAY!
Anyone out there with a solution? My daughter would be a GREAT Doctor
as long as she can hold on. however, in the meantime...HELP!!!
